Gorgeous Rehoboth Getaway – Unit 3

Bring the whole family to this peaceful, spacious and unique rental unit in Rehoboth Beach. The home is subdivided into 2 units (2 and 3) – This unit (3) is the entire second floor of the home, all one level, with entertainment space in the open kitchen and living room area. A quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by nature, just a short drive to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment that Route 1 has to offer; 10 min drive to the beach.

Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a full-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 4), bedroom 2 contains two Queen beds (sleeps 4) – one full bathroom with tub and shower, living area with couch, wall mounted tv, dining table (4 chairs), small kitchenette, microwave, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, private driveway on right side of home, private access to unit 3, must walk upstairs.

The home is subdivided into 2 units, the driveway is common area, but unit 3 guests will occupy the right side of the driveway. Private patio area in back of home for relaxing outdoors.

In an effort to keep costs down, linens, towels, wash cloths and hand towels are NOT provided at this rental. We like to give the guest the option to either bring their own or rent them from us. Please let me know if you would like us to supply the linen package after booking. Cost for this service is $100 total.
